- Walks in town reserves the right to cancel a tour without prior notice beyond its control (including but not limited to terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, strikes, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of its control) with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour.
- The cancellation policy applies only if you have a confirmed booking made on the Walks in town website.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24h prior to your tour Walks in town will fully refund your payment.
- Cancellations less than 24h prior the tour are non-refundable.
- If you fail to show up for your tour, you are not entitled to a refund.
To Cancel or Modify a Reservation
Contact us by email at info@walksintown.com with details of your reservation and dates.
We are not responsible for any loss of personal items, or for any damage caused by third parties to personal items or to clients during the tours. We are also not responsible for partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delays or irregularities caused by third parties.
Clients must notify Walks in town in writing any complaints regarding the tours or services taken as well as any complaints regarding the organisation itself or its’ failure to provide any aspect included in the tour/service description. All complaints should be made in writing to info@walksintown.com no more than 10 days after the date of the tour/service.
